1. Use a Foam Roller Before You Workout-
A foam roller has many benefits including stretching your muscles, releasing trigger points, and increasing range of motion drastically. A foam roller is a wonderful addition to your home workout tools. Not only is it great to warm up with it will help your already sore and abused muscles.
2. Warm Up Correctly With Dynamic Stretching
Dynamic stretching as compared to static stretching has been shown to positively influence power, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility, and strength performance when used as a warm-up. Dynamic stretching also lubricates your joints and increases body temperature
3. Get Your Core Ready
Your core is your bodies foundation it is important to get it ready so the rest of your workout is done with proper posture.
