How did I get to this point?

OMG: growing up is hard work when you still feel like a kid!  It is now my turn to get rid of a extra little baggage before I reach the big 40 : a few extra pounds, a few bad habits, and a few negative personality flaws!  This next month I am on a mission titled "Your best years are ahead"

I know I have it in me to change the things that no longer suit my lifestyle and the things that will decrease my quality of life.  

I have made up my mind to change- this year has already been the year of growth and I plan to continue creating a beautiful life. Please join me, support me, teach me, and learn from me.
